This is a Sources Sought Notice. The purpose of this announcement is to identify firms that possess both the capability and experience to provide services that meet the Government's requirement. This Sources Sought Notice does not constitute a Request for Quote or Proposals (RFQ or RFP) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor does this issuance restrict the Government's acquisition approach. No solicitation currently exists; therefore, DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION. There is no assurance a solicitation will result from this notice. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized at FedBizOpps (www.fedbizopps.gov). It is the firm's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of any synopsis or solicitation. The Great Plains Regional Contracting Office, U.S. Army Medical Command is seeking firms that possess the ability to provide equipment and trained operator/technologist to perform neurophysiological monitoring on patients of William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC) (also known as the military treatment facility (MTF)) which is located at 5005 North Piedras Street, El Paso, TX.

Contractor shall obtain Medical Maintenance approvals and provide the neurophysiologic monitoring equipment. Contractor shall also provide necessary e supplies, and a qualified operating technologist who will provide continuous monitoring of the patient's nerves as they exit the spinal column during certain surgical procedures.  The technologist will be responsible for transporting such equipment and supplies to and from the MTF as well as ensuring that the MTF's Property Book Office is notified when the equipment is in the MTF and that appropriate equipment checks are accomplished by the MTF's medical maintenance section prior to each procedure. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 622110, General Medical and Surgical Hospitals. The small business size standard is $38,500,000.00.
