The U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) has a supply requirement for NEO (neuroticism, extraversion, openness) PI-3 items, used to aid Psychologists in assessing mental conditions and identifying the specific problem areas, and treatment in a variety of settings. Supplies will be delivered to Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

USASOC intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Psychological Assessment Resources (PAR) 16204 N. Florida Avenue, Lutz, Florida 33549-8119 for NEO-PI-3 materials. The applicable NAICS code is 51130. This will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The intended award shall be issued using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation number for this requirement is H92239-20-Q-0019. A redacted Justification and Authorization (J&A) will be posted in accordance with the FAR.
