Notice of Intent to Sole Source

Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, Texas intends to award a sole source contract to Nevro Corp., Redwood City, CA, under the authority FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for the Nevro HF10 system.   The Nevro HF10 system is for management of axial neck and back pain and has been studied extensively for control of such axial symptoms. Typical tonic stimulation frequently has been unable to obtain pain control of such regions making the Nevro HF-10 system superior for such pain etiology in the Department of Operative Services at San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMMC), Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, Texas.

Award will be made by made on or about 30 September 2020. The primary NAICS code for the requirement is 334510 with a size standard of 1,250 employees.

This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency for future requirements.
