This project is for the construction of two new schools for the Tipton County Schools (TCS). Both schools will be located on the same campus, but it is the Owner’s intent to bid each new school separately. Bid Information: The Tipton County Board of Education (Tipton County, TN) requests proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) firm to provide preconstruction and construction services for the New Crestview Elementary School and New Crestview Middle School. Specific CMAR responsibilities are outlined in the Request for Proposal. The RFP is available on the Tipton County School’s website Tipton County Schools website under “About Us>>Request for Proposals” or at the following URL: https://www.tipton-county.com/apps/pages/index.jsp?uREC_ID=1147968&type=d&pREC_ID=1409115. The Responses must be mailed or hand delivered to the Tipton County Board of Education, c/o Jamie Stafford, Special Projects Coordinator at 1580 Highway 51 South, Covington, TN 38019 no later than 12:00 p.m. Central Time on February 8, 2024. No electronic or facsimile copies of the proposal will be accepted. Each Response must be received in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the proposal opening date and time and shall be marked “Proposal for New Crestview Elementary School and New Crestview Middle School - Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR)”.
