This is a presolicitation notice. Quotes will not be accepted until the solicitation is posted.

Solicitation number W912JD-23-Q-0013 will be issued utilizing FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This will be solicited as a small business set-aside under NAICS 611519 with a size standard of $21M.

This request is for the support of the New England CERFP External Evaluation (EXEVAL) in Buzzards Bay, MA from 14-17 August 2023. The contractor is to provide the structural collapse venue site (SCVS) reset as well as role players, moulage, and weighted manikins. Please see the attached Performance Work Statements.

Service Contract Act WD# 2015-4045 (Rev. 24) dated 12/27/2022 applies.
