This announcement is to provide notice that the U.S. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Contracting Division, Ft Detrick Branch on behalf of the Defense Biological Product Assurance Office (DBPAO) intends to negotiate a sole source new work modification under FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to Noblis, Inc., 2002 Edmund Halley Drive, Reston, VA, 20191, for the Phase 4 work which includes enhancements to the existing version of the Noblis developed bioinformatics tool, known as BioLaboro, to meet a new requirement.

While this notice is not a request for competitive proposals, responsible parties purporting to have the requisite credentials and capabilities to fulfill the agency's requirements must furnish, in writing, factual information, which clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to sufficiently provide this effort, within 15 days to the Contracting Officer, Mr. Lee A.
