The contractor will be required to supply all the labor, materials, safety equipment, facilities, vehicles, licenses, and special permits required for the Newcastle testing in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations and participating laboratory SOPs.
Testing will be required on an as needed basis in support of the USDA/WS program. The contractor will be required to:
- Follow laboratory guidelines to test samples for all Newcastle diseases
- Submit test results within 24 hours of test completion
The USDA intends to award a 5 year BPA.
Responses to this sources sought notice will be used to help determine acquisition strategy (e.g., small business, HUBZone, SDVO, or 8(a) set-aside, GSA schedule, full-and-open competition).
Companies interested must submit the following:
A maximum of five page capability statement demonstrating the contractors ability (history, expertise, number of employees) to perform the tests.
Information provided beyond this number of pages will be reviewed solely at the discretion of the Government.
This information will be used to determine if the company is capable of performing the work described in the draft statement of work.
