The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to award a sole source order to 3Di Technologies for Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) satellite communication service and technical support renewal. The award will be for 12 months of network monitoring, and system maintenance for an existing Judicial Wire Intercept Program (JWIP) system. The proposed award is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with 3Di Technologies. In accordance with Competition in Contracting Act, 41 USC 253(c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, other than full and open competition is authorized when there is only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. The following FAR Part 12.3 provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition: 52.212-4 (JUL 2013) Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-5 (SEPT 2013) Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items and will be used in conjunction with FAR Part 13.
