THIS IS A FULL AND OPEN COMPETITON. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334516 -Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing- with a small business size standard of 500 employees.

Quotes are due on 08/16/2013, by 2:00 PM EDST and should be sent to the attention of Florence Black via email at [email protected]. The Offeror must cite RFQ Number 2013-61365FB in the email subject line. Evaluation and award of the purchase will be performed in accordance with applicable sections of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and FAR Part FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Offeror must have an active registration with the System for Account Management (SAM) prior to award of the purchase order in accordance with FAR Clause 52.204-7. The government intends to issue a firm, fixed price purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 13.

Pricing submitted in response to this RFQ must include the cost of delivery to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, Georgia, and estimated shipping date must be included.
