This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, and in conjunction with FAR Subpart 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

1. Solicitation number F2MT5G5163AW02 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

2. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition FAC 2005-83 , effective 03 Aug 2015 and DFARS Change Notice DPN 20150626, effective 26 June 2015.

3. The associated NAICS code is 334310 size standard is 750 employees.

4. See the attached Schedule of Supplies (Reference Atch 1) for applicable contract line items (CLINS), quantities and units of measures and applicable period of performance.

5. This requirement is for in support of AFMC/SVPCE , Nexo PS10-UL 10" Compact 2-, PS15-UL High Power 2- Way, Full Range Loudspeaker and Nexo CD-12-PF Hypercardiod 12"Subwoofer.

6. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.

7. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this combined sypnosis/solicitation for Nexo Loudspeakers and Nexo CD-12 PF Hypercardiod 12"Subwoofer to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation provides the best value to the Government. Best value will be based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable(LPTA) approach. For this Combined Synopsis/solicitation best value means award will be made to the responsible contractor, whose products are technically acceptable, quotes the lowest overall prices. In determining the best value the Government shall consider the following two factors: Technical and Price.

The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items (Oct 2014)

The Government will award a contract resulting form this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:

Conformance to the Schedule of Supplies/Services: The quote shall demonstrate the ability to provide the required Nexo PS10-UL 10" Compact 2-, PS15-UL High Power 2- Way, Full Range Loudspeaker and Nexo CD-12-PF Hypercardiod 12"Subwoofer. in accordance with (IAW) the attached Schedule of Supplies (Reference Atch 1).

Price:

A written note of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer( or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received.
