This notice is to advise all small businesses that GSA has received a BRAND NAME requirement (NAICS code 541519) for the items listed in the attached Bill of Material and service in the attached Statement of Work for the US Air Force at Robins AFB, GA.
If your company can provide the products/services listed above and on the Statement of Work (SOW), and you are interested in receiving an RFQ for this requirement, please respond to this "Sources Sought" announcement via email to [email protected].
This is a request for "Sources ONLY" NO quotes will be accepted at this time. Questions and clarification will be addressed during the RFQ process.
The Government will request quotes for this task order utilizing FEDBIZOPPS. All offerors must be registered in the GSA IT Solutions Shop (ITSS) Web-base Order Processing System at https://it-solutions.gsa.gov or via telephone at 877-243-2889 option 2 Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 5:30 PM PST or outside the continental United States at 858-481-1075. Failure to register in ITSS will result in your company not being solicited. Please identify the registered person in ITSS who is to receive the RFQ.
All responding offerors shall be registered in the System For Award Management (SAM). The website is https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. In your response, please show that your SAM information directly matches the ITSS Contractor Information, in your Contract Number, DUNS Number, Business Address, Remittance Address and TIN number must be the same in both SAM and ITSS. Please note that you will need to be registered with SAM first, since ITSS has an electronic interface between each system. Failure to register in SAM and a failure to match SAM and ITSS information at the time of award shall result in exclusion from consideration.
