Provide, deliver, and install one (1) rental gasoline tank or trailer sized at 1,000 gallons and one (1) rental diesel tank or trailer sized at 500 gallons at the Fenn Ranger Station, Moose Creek Ranger District, on the Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forests.  Tanks must be delivered empty; fuel is not included as part of this contract.  Provide an electrically powered pump with meter and a 15’ dispensing hose with lockable nozzle for each tank.  Provide rental secondary containment catchment basins for each container, or one basin for both containers that is sufficient to contain 1,000 gallons plus sufficient freeboard for precipitation.  The basin(s) must be sloped or otherwise designed to drain and remove liquid resulting from precipitation.  Provide a rental spill kit with absorbent pads and booms to absorb at least 55 gallons of material.
