The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to solicit, compete, and award a FAR 19.5 total small business set-aside contract, for the procurement of Adapter, Ground Handling Equipment (P/N: 4200AS0620-1), Adapter, CVN 75 Foundation Support (P/N: 4200AS0648-1), and Spacer, Foundation Support (P/N 4200AS0649-1), in support of the Next-Gen Jammer (NGJ) Program. This effort will be competed using the SAM.gov website.

Interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://sam.gov/ to start doing business with the federal government.   

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.  However, the government will consider all responses received within 15 calendar days after the date of publication of the synopsis.  A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement
