The Government requires high-level information regarding the scope and phasing of a Technology Demonstration (TD) effort. This TD is a follow-on to existing Technology Maturation efforts described in the Next Generation Jammer (NGJ) Broad Agency Announcement dated 15 September 2009 (available upon request from the point-of-contact provided herein). The TD effort will also include limited low band enhancement and a Preliminary Design Review (PDR) of a final NGJ design.
Specifically, please provide an estimate of the level of effort associated with the NGJ activities listed below.
1 - Fabrication and flight test of the Concept Demonstrator designed under the BAA referenced above. This should be broken out by software, hardware and material.
2 - Design of the full-up system to include technology maturity to a Technology Readiness Level 6 and all activities associated with conducting a Preliminary Design Review on the system. This should be broken out by hardware, software, system engineering, logistics, test and evaluation and program management.
Please provide staffing levels by month, to include all sub- vendor levels, and length of time required to execute the effort.

The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions with respondents to this RFI.
