The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) intends to procure Ni-NTA (NTA) Biosensors - Twenty trays of 96 biosensors coated with nickel-charged tris-NTA for both quantitation and kinetic applications of HIS-tagged molecules, Quantity 2 each and Anti-human IgG Fc Capture Biosensors - Twenty trays of 96 biosensors for the immobilization of human IgG or other proteins containing the human Fc region for kinetic analysis, from Pall Fortebio LLC, 1360 Willow Road, Suite 201, Menlo Park, CA 94025. This will be a firm fixed price contract in accordance with the statutory authority for this sole source requirement 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 only one source available, no substitutions possible. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE NOT BEING REQUESTED, AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-88, dated Jun 15, 2016.
