The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, is seeking firm with demonstrated capabilities and
experience for professional services necessary for the construction of a 5000 niche columbarium at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St Louis MO. Features of the work include: foundation stability for the structure by sealing the karstic rock surface, weak zones, and voids with an engineered flowable fill material; earthwork using acceptable in-situ material, equipment, moisture control and compaction requirements; columbarium construction built to NCA standards; irrigation system; plantings; care of water; NCA site furnishings, such as benches, vases and trash receptacles; concrete work; paving; storm sewer alterations and stone protection; electrical work; and masonry work. Solicitation Number: W912P9-18-R-0031 this will be a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, competitive procurement.
