The National Naval Medical Center (NNMC) Acquisition Management Department,
Bethesda, MD on Behalf of PEDIATRICS-NNMC BTHESDA intends to award a sole source
procurement to PATIENT EDUCATION PROGRAMS for software. NICU- WHEELED/ WORELESS UNIT,NICU ALL IN ONE, FED, MAXISHARE LIFESAVER, GASTROSTOMY, OSTOMY, TRACHEOSTOMY, SERVICE SUBSCRIPTION FEE, 5 YEAR WARRANTY, SHIPPING AND INSTALLATION.

Urgent Requirement:
The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the
Government intends to solicit and negotiate w/only one source under
authority of FAR 6.302. Only one responsible source and no other supplies
or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request
for competitive bids. A determination by the Government not to compete this
procurement is in the best interest of the goverment and any  response to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government. Award will be made using SAP.
