Naval Medical Center San Diego intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one responsible source, to: Radiometer America, Inc. 250 S Kraemer Blvd, Brea, California, 92821-6232. The objective of this sole source award is for NICU respiratory supplies for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
Salient Characteristics must include:
1. Membraning kit, fixation rings in 32mm, 20mm and Call gas calibration must work with our transcutaneous monitor.
2. The capillary blood tubes must contain preheparinized tubes with electrolyte-balanced heparin

Radiometer America, Inc is the manufacturer of the product and the software is proprietary. The NAICS code for this requirement is 339112; the small business size standard is 1000 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. All information received by 06:00 AM Pacific Time on October 17, 2017 may be considered by the Government.
