The potential contract will be a one-time service contract. Contractor shall provide Loaner Equipment, Replacement Parts, and Software Updates in addition to all labor, materials, repair parts, shipping, and equipment necessary to repair and calibrate NIDEK TONOREF II Auto Ref/Keratometer.

Contractor is required to be manufacture certified to perform services and provide software updates.
No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to this sources sought notice or any follow-up information requests.
