Presolicitation Notice to award under Solicitation: W81K0223Q0063

Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Medical Readiness Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Branch, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price award under solicitation W81K0223Q0063 to Medtronic Inc., in the amount of $100,033.00 for (2) NIM Vital Intraoperative Nerve Systems as OEM replacements, with discount & Trade-In of current models at Madigan Army Medical Center Tacoma WA.  The NIM Vital Systems provides detailed intraoperative nerve function information to track nerve conduction in real-time and preserve patient nerve function during surgery and recovery and is essential for all ENT surgical procedures.

This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued.   Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.  Responses received will be used for future acquisitions.  Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent; Mr. Walter J.
