Region 10-California-Great Basin of the Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Solicitation for a firm fixed-price construction contract for the Nimbus Fish Hatchery Raceway Butterfly Valve (BFV) Replacement. This procurement is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns only and will be an Invitation for Bid (IFB) using FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding procedures. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237110 and the related small business size standard is $39.5M. This notice is not a request for offer and the information presented in this announcement will not obligate the Bureau of Reclamation in any manner. The estimated cost of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This procurement will require 100% performance and payment bonds. The work is at Nimbus Fish Hatchery which is located on Nimbus Road in Gold River, Sacramento County, California. Cleaning and Waste Management Solicitation 140R2020B0002 will be posted electronically via www.fbo.gov and www.fedconnect.net on or about February 12, 2020. The date for receipt of offers will be approximately March 11, 2020. The solicitation must be downloaded at the above website; no paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed.
