(7.1) Transmission for liquid in the wavenumber region of 4000 - 12500 cm*1 (800-2500nm) using a thermoelectrically cooled InGaAs detector. The transmission slot should be heatable up to 120C. For future measurements of various products, optional reduction inserts for various round shaped disposable vials (up to 22 mm diameter) and rectangular cuvettes should be available.
(7.2) Reflection for solid sample in the wavelength region of 3600 - 12500 cm-1 (800
- 2780 nm) using PbS detector. The measurement channel should be equipped with
an integrating sphere to allow capturing of light scattered from various locations of
the sample. The measurement should be possible in both static sample holder and
spinning sample holder for inhomogeneous samples.
(7.3) Transmission for solid and semisolid sample in the wavelength region of 14250
- 9000 cm"1 (700-1100 nm) using silicon detector. The measurement channel should
allow measurement of intact sample up to the thickness of at least 20 mm.
8) The system should be controlled by software. The software should be able to evaluate
the condition of the spectrophotometer, acquire spectra and develop calibration
equations using Partial Least Squares (PLS) regression.
