The Environmental Protection Agency is requesting SRM Gasses identified in Attachment 1, Acquisition Requirements document.
This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is a request for quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-52.

The EPA intends to award a purchase order as a result of the solicitation. All responses received will be evaluated on a best value basis. Best value is defined as the lowest price response that meets the product specifications and delivery requirements.

Provide the following:

1. Complete Attachment 2, RFQ Response Form, with firm fixed pricing for the items listed in Attachment 1 to this solicitation.
2. A completed copy of the representations and certifications at FAR 52.212-3
