Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region-Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO), Quantico, VA, has a requirement to procure Special Effects (SFx) Services for the National Museum of the Marine Corps (NMMC).
It is the Government’s intention to issue a firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The proposed acquisition is 100% set aside to Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541512. The Government will solicit and award this contract using FAR 15- Contracting by Negotiations. The Government intends to award to using Best Value Tradeoff procedures. The award will be issued on an all or none basis.
The solicitation, (M00264-22-R-0024) will be posted on or about 8 November 2021 and made available on the web site https://www.sam.gov. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments.
