Synopsis/Solicitation N00178-15-T-4324 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation.

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis to Bruker Biospin Corporation, 15 Fortune DR, Billerica, MA 01821-3923 for Bruker Biospin Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR), System ID 10136340, 500MHz Spectrometer Cryogen Support Services, Renewal for N00178-14-P-4436, Period of Performance - 30 June 2015 to 29 June 2016. Bruker Biospin Corporation is the sole developer, manufacturer, and distributor of the service, with no authorized licensed resellers. The introduction of any other similar product by any other manufacturer for these applications is not considered to be in the best interest of the Government with regard to configuration, performance and cost.

Please include shipping/freight cost for FOB destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
