Lock Haven University offers up for bid an NN-Band FCC License in the 3650-3700MHz spectrum. This is a license in the precursor authorization to the Citizens Broadband Radio Service and may have certain protections when the CBRS band specifications are finalized. This license can currently be used under the existing regulations concerning the NN-band. The Call Sign for this license is WQTP720 and is currently assigned to Lock Haven University under FCC FRN 0009623596. It shall be the responsibility of the successful bidder to arrange transfer of this license/call sign to the bidder’s own FCC FRN. Lock Haven University presently has two (2) registered locations associated with this license; however, they have both been decommissioned with no possibility of reactivation. It shall be the responsibility of the successful bidder to remove the present registered locations and add any registered locations that bidder so desires using the FCC Universal Licensing System. Lock Haven University will not be responsible for assisting the successful bidder with this process as Lock Haven University will relinquish all control of this license once the transfer process is complete. Lock Haven University will initiate and/or complete any steps required to complete the transfer of the license under FCC regulations and processes. Lock Haven University reserves the right to reject any and all responses received from Suppliers as a result of this IFB and to cancel this solicitation at any time prior to the execution of any award. Award will be based on the highest price bid acceptable to the University.
