The Government intends to award a noncompetitive purchase order to Nokia Siemens Networks using commercial item acquisition procedures authorized by FAR Parts 12 and 13 for proprietary network analysis software and related items for a designated country in the WHA region. Solicitation is not available at this time. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to change the acquisition strategy.
