The Naval Medical Research Center intends to award a sole source contract to Noldus Information Technology, Inc., Leesburg, VA, 20176. This is not a request for competitve proposals; however, if interested, the Government shall consider all responses.

The requirement is for the purchase and delivery of the Noldus EthoYis io n XT 14 system, a behavio ral coding video track ing system for automatica lly recording an ima l behavioral activity and movement. This system will perform the following:

-Analyze behav io ral effects from exposures

-Identify behaviors for diag nos is

-Create treatment moda lities for brain inju ry

Noldus Information Tech nolo gy lnc. is the only provider/vendor of the EthoV ision XT. The EthoVisio n XT will be used with the Noldus Observer software of which is already acquired by NAMRU SA.
