The Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC) is seeking to establish a multi-year, open agency contract for the following non-lethal munitions and accessories to be used throughout all GDC facilities. This is a sole brand purchase and no substitute items will be accepted for the reasons identified in the attached Sole Source Justification document. All quantities listed are estimated annual quantities based on historical and recent usage. GDC does not guarantee the amounts listed will be purchased and there shall be no minimum order requirements associated with this contract. Unit prices offered shall include shipping to any GDC facility located within the State of Georgia. GDC reserves the right to award to multiple suppliers.
