The RFP states that the place of performance will be at the USTDA's "office in Arlington 'when necessary', at other locations in the U.S., or in the designated Region". Can you elaborate further on where exactly the work will be performed?
•1) Does this mean that the work will/can be performed remotely until the contractor is needed on-site at Arlington, at other locations in the U.S., or in a designated Region?
The work can be performed remotely until the contractor is needed on-site in Arlington, at other locations in the United States, or in the designated Region. However, the need to perform some element of this contract on-site may be ad hoc and on very short notice.
