This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; therefore a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number NB688000-12-02608 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The requested delivery date is June 15, 2012 The NAICS classification is 541712. The small business size standard is 500 employees. The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Acquisition Management Division intends to procure nonlinear optical Periodically-poled lithium Niobate crystals.
