Richland County is seeking qualifications for design build services for the construction of a Public Private Partnership Speculative Building in the Northpoint Industrial Park. The County will contribute the graded site to provide for the construction of the agreed upon building. The successful offeror will contribute the design, permitting, and construction of the agreed upon building. The County's Economic Development team will work with the company to market the site for sale.
