ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS TOWN OF NORTHPORT, WASHINGTON NORTHPORT BACKUP GENERATOR Town of Northport (Owner) is requesting Bids for the procurement and installation of the Northport Backup Generator. Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Northport Town Hall located at 315 Summit Avenue, Northport, WA, 99157, until Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at 12:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The project generally consists of the following Work: furnishing and installing a 125 kW (or greater) standby power generator set including diesel engine-driven generator with controls, output circuit breaker, automatic transfer switch, new building service disconnect, concrete pad, all required auxiliary systems, and related work. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract and shall be on a lump sum basis. Thirty (30) working days will be allowed to complete the work. Additional time will be allowed for procurement. Bidders may obtain project documents at the Century West Engineering online plan room at www.centurywestplanroom.com. Bidders may download digital documents at no cost and obtain printed documents, at Bidders Expense, by choosing the “Order” option. Posted on this plan room, under the “Documents” section, is an official list of locations where documents may be examined. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
