NOTICE OF EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO LEASE Pursuant to action previously taken by the Board of School Trustees (the "Board") of Porter Township School Corporation (the "School Corporation"), an Amendment to Lease (the "Amendment") between the School Corporation and Porter Township High School Building Corporation (the "Building Corporation") was executed and entered into on July 8, 2021. The Amendment covers the site of the proposed expansion of Porter Lake Elementary School in Valparaiso, Indiana. A copy of the Amendment is on file in the Administration Building of the School Corporation, 248 South 500 West, Valparaiso, Indiana, and is available for inspection during normal business hours.
