Notice of Intent to Sole Source

Special Notice: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) will be soliciting proposals for the Construction of a Corrosion Facility/Wash Rack Hangar located at Homestead ARB, FL. As part of the construction contract solicitation, USACE intends to include the following sole source requirements:

Fire Protection - Det-Tronics Optical Flame Detection/Releasing Panel System is required in accordance with Air Force criteria changed in 2009 to only permit the installation of Det-Tronics optical flame detectors with proven immunity to EMI from military radars.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The submission must be received no later than 1:00 PM Eastern Time on 03 June 2021 to [email protected]
