Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Joint Base Lewis-McChord Health Contracting Cell (JBLM-HCC), Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source award to Alliant Enterprises LLC in the amount of $60,000.00 to purchase the Precision Guide MTP Plating System and V92 Cellular Bone Matrix to be used at Madigan Army Medical, Tacoma, WA. The Surgeon has determined that this product will best meet the patients' specific medical needs/requirements. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE FDA APPROVED and meet the surgeon's and the patient's specific medical needs/requirements. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR13.106-1(b) (1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice is not a request for quote and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
