NOTICE OF INTENT The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to the following vendors: Merial Inc. – 3239 Satellite Blvd Bldg 500, Duluth, GA, 30097; CAGE: 1J1A7 Legend + White – 105 Schelter Road Suite 204, Lincolnshire, IL 60069; CAGE: 5D6G8 This is for the procurement of Heartgard Plus medication for the Military Working Dog Veterinary Hospital at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) – Lackland Air Force Base. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers. However, all quotes received by 7 December 2016, 3:00 pm CST may be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to expand the competition of this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
