The 673d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson ABW, Alaska intends to award a Brand Name order to General Atomics International Services Corporation DBA Cyrotech Deicing Technology for 30,000 gallons of potassium acetate E-36.

The manufacturer was able to confirm the ability to provide the items of the requirement.

This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and "Other than Full and Open Competition" as authorized by FAR 13.501 as well as FAR 19.1406. The anticipated award date is 19 February 2021. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals.  However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above.  Deadline date for the submittals is 16 February 2021 at 02:00 pm Alaska Standard Time. 

A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
