The United States Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), MD 21005, intends to award a 3-year (base + 2 option years) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. This action is intended as a sole source award directed to Leidos, Inc., 11951 Freedom Drive, Reston, Virginia 20190 in accordance with U.S.C.2304 (C)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, One responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements for Leidos GeoRover and AIMES Motion Imagery Support Renewal.

Leidos GeoRover and AIMES Motion Imagery Support required within this procurement is in direct support of the DCGS-A to support the Warfighter. Leidos stated while there are resellers for its GeoRover products, it has no resellers authorized to fulfill the AIMES portion of the requirement.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number for this acquisition is 511210. The posting date for this Synopsis is 19 May 2016 and the closing date for responses is 26 May 2016. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotes; however interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirement, which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
