Notice of Intent to Award a Contract Request for Qualified Providers #21059 Posted: December 23, 2020 A Request for Qualified Providers for HUD Shankle Permanent Supportive Housing (Scattered Site) was published from November 19, 2020 through December 3, 2020. Per the published Request for Qualified Providers, if one or fewer responses from a Qualified Providers are received then Lane County reserves the right to consider the request process completed. If more than one response from a Qualified Provider is received then Lane County will conduct a Request for Proposal process in accordance with LM 20.450. One response was received from ShelterCare Inc. HUD Shankle Permanent Supportive Housing (Scattered Sites): ShelterCare, Inc. It is the intent of Lane County to contract for these services based upon the findings that the provider is the sole qualified respondent available to provide the services. If the interests of another qualified applicant are adversely affected, the qualified applicant may deliver a written protest to Robin Scott by 4:00 p.m. PDT on December 30, 2020 at Lane County Health and Human Services, by email at [email protected].
