DESCRIPTION: INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT TO ETS-Lindgren L.P.. The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), Edwards Air Force Base, CA intends to award a Sole Source FFP Purchase Order to ETS-Lindgren L.P.,1301 Arrow Point Dr, Cedar Park, TX 78613-6936. ETS-Lindgren is the only source that provides a biconical antenna capable of meeting the critical parameters and characteristics that are necessary to meet design and mounting requirement to existing equipment.

Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
