The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its
intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with

The above supplies are for the Pentek Peripheral Component Interconnect Express (PCIE) Board containing
a 16-channel (8 analog to digital (A/D) and 8 digital to analog (D/A)) radio frequency interface and a
XILINX third generation Radio Frequency (RF) System On Chip (RFSOC). This PCIE Board provides RF
interfaces as well as optical interfaces to capture RF signals, digitize and process them, then transfer them
via the optical interfaces to other PCIE boards. Pentek also provides a seamless development software
integration with XILINX VIVADO SOFTWARE. The supplies are only available from one responsible/capable
source, Pentek, Incorporated.

This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based
upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable 334418and the
business size standard is 750 employees.
