Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Reed Elsevier, Inc. 9393 Springboro Pike, Miamisburg, OH 45342 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(iii), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." This requirement is to procure LexisNexis Sanction litigation presentation software and maintenance for the software. Sanction litigation software provides litigators with a single resource to quickly assembe documents, exhibits, transcripts, questions, visuals, and video. All of which will be used to manage and present evidence throughout litigation, categorize them, and then create clear presentation materials necessary for building a case. This software interfaces with current software being used. A formal solicitation has not been developed however, request for Quote (M67001-14-Q-0347) will be provided upon request. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a response which if timely received, will be considered by the agency.
