The Naval Medical Logistics Command has a continuing requirement for multi-disciplinary medical services at Naval Medical Center San Diego, CA and any associated branch clinics as well as any DoD or Coast Guard Military Treatment Facility (MTF) within the states of California, Nevada, and Arizona. This need will be satisfied by sole source bridges to contracts N62645-06-D-5032, N62645-06-D-5033, and N62645-06-D-5034 to extend services of the firm-fixed price, personal services contracts. Award will be made to incumbents Cherokee Medical Services, LLC, TCMP Health Services, LLC., and STG International, Inc. on firm-fixed price contracts. These companies are the only known contractors that can provide continuity of care with the health care workers who have been privileged to work at the aforementioned sites and are trained and familiar with hospital procedures, by the required 01 September 2011 start date. The lead-time required for an alternate contractor to recruit and hire a replacement staff, submit Individual Professional Files for each health care worker and for the sites to complete the privileging process does not exist prior to the required 01 September 2011 start date. The bridge contracts will continue to provide medical services, through 31 August 2013.
