Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to modify Contract Number N00019-10-D-0017 with The Boeing Company, 4615 South Oliver, Wichita, KS 67210-1614. Under this contract, Boeing provides Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) services for the U.S. Naval Reserve's C-40A aircraft fleet through July 2015. The contract includes routine depot maintenance and site support at each of the C-40A operating sites as well as provisions for Over-and-Above (O&A) work to be performed as necessary.

The purpose of this modification is to add ceiling to CLINs for new Service Actions established after this contract was negotiated. This modification is required for mission-critical labor and material that was performed on the C-40A under contract N00019-10-D-0017 during the 2nd Ordering Period of Performance (PoP) of this contract (01 August 2012 - 31 Jul 2013). This action establishes a contract ceiling increase of $6,431,902.54 with no change to the PoP.

This notice of intent for contract modification is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes and will be posted for 15 days. A solicitation will not be issued in response to this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
