13) 2 units of 19-mm Pearl hard marker on a plastic base (10 pack)
14) 1 license of Vicon Nexus 2.0 software
15) Vicon system warranty
16) On-site Setup and Training

The intended recipient of this purchase order is Vicon Motion Systems Inc., 7388 South Revere Parkway, Suite 901,Centennial, CO 80112-3997.
This order is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to this notice and/or submitting proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive responses; however, all proposals received within 7 days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the
government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
