Based on market research conducted and contacts made with knowledgeable individuals within the government it has been determined DON's requirement can only be provided by Lifenet Health of Florida, 1864 Concert Dr, Virginia Beach, VA 23453 are the sole manufacturing authority and hold all data, machinery and processes for production of this equipment.
