This is a notice of intent to proceed with a sole source requirement with Adapt Pharma Inc. in order to procure three hundred and sixty (360) 2 dose cycles of Naloxone/Narcan via nasal applicator/cartridge.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1): Only one source is deemed reasonably available. This notice is being provided per FAR 5.201(b)(1)(iii) and FAR 5.207(c)(14). Physician's prescription designated the vendor.

The determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
