This Office of Personnel Management (OPM) intends to award a sole-source contract pursuant to FAR Part 6.3. OPM intends to use simplified acquisition procedures to award a purchase order for a twelve month period on a sole source basis to Reed Elsevier, Inc., doing business as "LexisNexis", 9393 Springboro Pike, Miamisburg, OH 45342-4424. LexisNexis will provide LexisNexis services, which include Lexis.com, Nexis.com and Law Enforcement Solutions. They will also provide Accurint Services, which include Accurint LE, Accurint LE Plus and Accurint for HealthCare. Only this responsible source and no other service will satisfy our agency's requirement to provide LexisNexis and Accurint services.
