The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Connecticut intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to:
Carahsoft Technology Inc. 1860 Michael Faraday Dr. Suite 100, Reston, VA 20190-5328;
for VMware licenses and support. The above referenced company is the sole source for this purchase through the Army CHESS Enterprise Licensing Agreement. In absence of qualified sources, a contract will be awarded under FAR 6.302-1. Telephonic inquires will not be accepted. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any responses to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
